Zoja Golubeva is a Latvian draughts player, born in Minsk, who competed under Soviet, Belarusian and Latvian colors over a long career and won the Women's World Draughts Championship sixteen times, with titles in 1986, 1988, from 1990 to 1992, from 1994 to 2000, and again in 2013, 2015 and 2017. She also won the Women's European Championship in 2010 and 2012 and took the International Draughts title at the inaugural World Mind Sports Games. Golubeva is considered one of the most dominant champions in the history of women's draughts and one of the highest ranked women ever to play the international game.
