Trischa Zorn is an American former Paralympic swimmer, blind since birth, who is the most decorated athlete in the history of the Paralympic Games, in any sport. Competing across seven Paralympic Games from 1980 to 2004, she won a total of fifty five medals, forty one of them gold, in visually impaired swimming events.
